Egg plantation is my favorite brunch spot in the Santa Clarita/Newhall area. They have fresh orange juice and a giant menu with lots of variety. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were great. Servers were fast and attentive. Nice quick breakfast. They are usually pretty packed so don't be surprised if there is a wait.
I came here after seeing all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. In fact my Olemet was even better than I expected. This is a must stop and eat at place.
I always bring friends to this spot . There is a long wait for the weekends but it's well worth it and it goes by quick since there's a store next to the restaurant that you can walk around in and listen to live guitarist outside. The staff is amazing. I ordered their famous omelet that was on the food network which was excellent. It's super quick service once you're seated. I'm taking off a star because the last time I went I ordered chilaquiles and instead of tortilla chips they used straight up flour tortillas. It was so bad I did not like the dish at all nor is that what I expected of the dish. Classic chilaquiles are with tortilla chips and the soggy tortillas were so gross :( I was so so disappointed but oh well, I'm just not ordering that ever again.
Great service and savory food, if you like options this is your place. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Great place breakfast!
Advice: ask for them not to pre butter your toast so it stays fresh Otherwise, incredible meal and super attentive. I asked for my hashbrowns crispy and they came out super crispy. 10/10. 5/5. 14/14. They were delicious The Bloody Mary and breakfast burrito too
Sunday brunch was packed!! Of course it would be since this gem of a spot has literally 101 different egg omelets combos. Also has a full menu of pancakes, French toasts, a full bar....what else can one ask for? Oh wait ...... the service incredible. :) We sat outside with perfect weather but inside is a little noisy but that's totally fine because the smells are worth the noise. We were just passing through the area and happy to find Egg Plantation. I don't think you could go wrong with anything you choose.
We have reviewed this place before because we absolutely love it. We come here all the time! Andy is an awesome bartender and makes incredible spicy Bloody Mary's. We always have so much fun here, and our server, Angelo, is terrific! The staff all have a fun sense of humor, and the food, drinks, and atmosphere are always wonderful!
Was in socal for a few days. Reddit recommended and friends wanted to try. I recommend it. Busy place with lots of options for brunch. I had the filet Benedict. It was delicious. Big portions of hash. Also had a mimosa I'd go again if I'm ever in the area
